The Actual Meaning of Life

My journey up and down . There are times when I experience the events that menyenagkan heart , but far more disappointed because of a sad event . That's life , we are only required to try to get the best results in a way that does not violate religious . whereas the results we submit to God , the Wise .From birth to death we are continually berubah.Namun changes is not entirely in line with what we expected . Sometimes that change is a drastic improvement or progress plunge . When we are progressing in line with expectations , we had the pleasure of living dann beautiful terrace . but when we experience a setback that is incompatible with the imagined , we feel sad , hopeless and living like a dead end .
when it was a statute that humans would experience more unpleasant events than pleasant events .people caught up in events that seemed to be no easy way out feeling tense , nervous , and despair . He becomes easier hostile to those who approached him , irritability , and decreased appetite .In general , no one among us who can be educated to face the crisis well . But to some extent we can anticipate crises of life, and fit us . People who are able to survive in a crisis well are those who are actively looking for solutions continuously .

Based on research conducted by Dr . Beck , concluded that by fixing the wrong beliefs , we can alter or diminish our reactions to an event . There are three principles that he established :

1 . The whole mood created by the mind . You feel what you are doing today is caused by the thought that you have right now .

2 . When you feel depressed . This is because your thoughts are dominated by a pervasive negative thoughts . 's worse is that you will begin to believe that everything is really as bad as you think .

3 . Negative thoughts always contain a striking number of irregularities . convoluted mind is a major cause for almost all your suffering .
